What AutoHouseIQ is
AutoHouseIQ is a consumer-to-dealer vehicle marketplace. Instead of selling your car to a single buyer at that buyer's price, you list it once and a network of dealers approved by our team competes to buy it in a time-boxed auction. You set a reserve, and you decide whether to accept.
Why it exists
One offer is only one buyer's opinion. Selling privately is slow and exposing; selling to a single dealer is opaque and often undervalued. AutoHouseIQ removes the guesswork by letting multiple dealers approved by our team compete, while documenting the vehicle properly so bids are informed and strong.
What we are — and are not
AutoHouseIQ is a neutral technology platform and marketplace operator. We do not buy, sell or own vehicles, and we never take the sale proceeds. We verify dealers, document each vehicle in a Vehicle Passport, run the marketplace, and protect the seller with a reserve and controlled release of contact details.
How we make money
Sellers are always free. AutoHouseIQ charges a platform fee to the participating dealer on a successful transaction, as set out in its commercial terms. Our incentive is a completed, trustworthy sale — not a listing.
Where we operate
AutoHouseIQ is onboarding sellers and dealers approved by our team in the United States. Our first live marketplace opens in Dallas–Fort Worth; further regions open for live trading as enough local demand is in place. Registration does not mean auctions are live in your area yet — we say so honestly.
