You can then proceed at the agreed price or propose a revised price, which applies only if the seller agrees; you can't reduce the seller's payment on your own. Optional pre-transport inspection with Lemon Squad is planned. Pricing and booking availability will be confirmed before purchase.
A marketplace that holds both sides to it
Every seller confirms their email and completes a live vehicle check before their car reaches you; every dealer is reviewed by our team — license details, business and a named responsible person — before bidding. Verification is once, not per deal.
Fees, disclosed up front
No subscription, and nothing to pay to bid. Any applicable Acquisition Fee is shown clearly before you commit. Pilot pricing.
How the fee works
- · Payable only on a completed purchase. Never for bidding, and never for winning on its own.
- · The band is fixed to the vehicle before you bid, so it is the same whichever dealer wins. The amount invoiced follows the final agreed price.
- · When a seller accepts, a transaction opens and their permitted contact details are released inside AutoHouseIQ, where collection is arranged and recorded. That is not something you pay to unlock.
- · AutoHouseIQ invoices the fee after the purchase completes, under the dealer terms in force when you committed.
- · The intended policy: if a deal fails through seller fault, the fee is credited or refunded; if canceled for fraud, refunded; walking away without checklist-supported justification forfeits it.
- · No subscriptions, no listing fees, no per-seat pricing. Dealer subscriptions may come later with the Dealer OS — if they do, they'll be priced on value you can see first.
Fee terms are being finalised with counsel; the published agreement governs when applications open.
