How selling works
One honest process, start to paid.
No dealership visits, no strangers from the classifieds, no pressure to say yes. Here is every step, exactly as it happens.

Tell us about your car
Type your VIN and confirm the vehicle we find — you never type specs. Answer plain-language condition questions and take a guided set of photos with quality checks running on your own phone. Drafting is free and needs no ID.

Submit — and we check it before dealers see it
We confirm your email with a one-time code and identify the car from its VIN. Before it goes to dealers you complete a quick live vehicle check — two photos taken on the spot to prompts we choose — and our team reviews the listing. Title and ownership are your own declaration, shown to dealers before they bid. You can also verify your identity from your dashboard with a photo ID and your title document, which our team reviews by hand; there is no automated selfie or liveness check.

Your car enters a 23-hour auction
Dealers approved by our team matched to your car bid against each other. Your reserve stays private; late bidding extends the close by a few minutes so nobody wins by sniping. You watch every bid arrive.

You decide whether to accept the offer
Nothing is sold unless you accept. Accept and the deal is recorded: price, terms, your declarations, the dealer's commitment. Only then does the buying dealer receive your contact details and address.

The buying dealer can choose a pre-transport inspection
An optional inspection, paid for by the dealer, carried out at your location before the car is moved. Optional pre-transport inspection with Lemon Squad is planned. Pricing and booking availability will be confirmed before purchase.

The dealer receives the report — any price change needs your agreement
After the report, the dealer can go ahead at the agreed price or propose a revised price. A dealer can never reduce your payment on their own — a revised price applies only if you agree. What happens if you don’t agree, including any cancellation and costs, will be set out in the final terms before transactions open.

Collection and payment
Once the transaction requirements are satisfied, collection and payment proceed under the confirmed payment arrangements. We’re working towards payment processing through KeySavvy. Final payment arrangements will be confirmed before transactions open. Any outstanding finance is cleared with the bank, and the Mulkiya is transferred at the emirate's traffic authority.
How payment is proposed to work
Proposed, not yet available: the dealer funds the purchase; the inspection and any price change happen before the seller is paid and before the car is transported; if both parties agree a lower price, the difference is returned to the dealer. KeySavvy has not yet confirmed that it can support this sequence.
Describe it accurately
Describe your vehicle accurately and disclose known issues. Our proposed terms will address responsibility for reasonable, documented costs caused by material misrepresentation, including transport where applicable. Final terms will be available before transactions open.
Still paying off the car? That works too.
One lender outstanding finance is fully supported at launch: tell us the lender, we confirm the exact payoff with them before anything is final, and the payoff is settled as part of completion — you never handle it in a parking lot. More than one outstanding finance, or a lease, isn't supported yet; we'll tell you straight away rather than waste your time.
