Trust & safety
Structure, not promises.
A car sale is most people's largest transaction of the year. Everything on this page is a mechanism that exists in the product β not a badge, not a pledge.
Verification, at the moment it matters
Browsing and drafting need nothing but an email and phone. Sellers verify identity once β at publish β with government ID and liveness checks, and vehicle records are checked against the Mulkiya (registration card), the registration, and the vehicle's identity plate before an auction can launch. Dealers pass licence, business, and identity verification before their first bid, reviewed by a person.
Your location stays approximate
Dealers bidding on your car see an area β βNear Dubai Marinaβ β and an approximate distance. Never your address, never your emirate, never a map pin. Your exact address is only ever released to the winning dealer after you accept β and, at launch, once their introduction fee is paid. The payment and release flow is being finalised ahead of the first live sale.
Messaging that protects both sides
All pre-acceptance conversation happens on the platform, with your contact details masked. Attempts to move the deal off-platform are blocked politely and logged β the same rules for everyone.
Accepted means locked
When you accept an offer, the deal is recorded in full: price, terms, your declarations, the photos dealers bid on, signatures, timestamps. Both sides are held to exactly what was agreed.
Collection is a checklist, not a negotiation
The dealer verifies the car against your declaration with a structured walkaround. If something genuinely wasn't declared, a published adjustment schedule applies β or you walk away free. Dealers who chip without justification lose standing on the platform.
Money and ownership, in the right order
The model is simple and neutral: we never hold your funds. At launch, the dealer pays you directly and we confirm that payment reached you before the car moves β we don't sit in the middle of the money. Any outstanding finance is cleared with the bank, and the Mulkiya is transferred at the emirate's traffic authority. (Payment confirmation is being built ahead of the first live sale.)
Disputes decided by people
If something goes wrong, a structured process with evidence on both sides β declarations, photos, the collection checklist, the locked deal record β is decided by our team, with consequences that apply symmetrically.
AI on AutoHouseIQ assists with capture β recognising your VIN, checking photo quality, structuring condition notes. It is always labelled, carries confidence rather than verdicts, and never claims a mechanical diagnosis. Formal terms, policies, and agreements are being drafted with counsel and will be published in the Legal Centre when they are real.
