AutoHouseIQ doesn't charge dealers a monthly subscription. Any applicable Stock Access Fee is shown clearly before you confirm a fee-bearing action. Pilot pricing.
How the fee works
- · At launch, charged to your stored payment method when a seller accepts your offer — that's also when you'll receive their contact details and collection address. (Payment + release is being finalised ahead of the first live sale.)
- · Calculated on the locked acceptance price. Collection-day adjustments never change it, in either direction.
- · The intended policy: if a deal fails through seller fault, the fee is credited or refunded; if cancelled for fraud, refunded; walking away without checklist-supported justification forfeits it.
- · No subscriptions, no listing fees, no per-seat pricing. Dealer subscriptions may come later with the Dealer OS — if they do, they'll be priced on value you can see first.
Fee terms are being finalised with counsel; the published agreement governs when applications open.
