Compact SUV
Sell your Toyota RAV4
To sell a Toyota RAV4 on AutoHouseIQ, list it with its VIN and confirm whether it is a gas, hybrid or plug-in hybrid model, its drivetrain and its trim. Add photos and an honest condition record, and dealers approved by our team bid against the reserve you set.
Updated
Which RAV4 you have
The RAV4 is a compact SUV sold in gas, hybrid and plug-in hybrid forms (the plug-in was launched as the RAV4 Prime), with front- or all-wheel drive, and in trims from LE and XLE through Adventure, TRD Off-Road and Limited. The hybrid and plug-in versions are different vehicles from the gas model, so confirm which you have.
Plug-in and hybrid details
For a plug-in hybrid, record the charging cable that comes with it and the electric range the vehicle currently shows when fully charged. For any hybrid, record service of the hybrid system if you have it. A missing record stays a missing record; it is never presented as proof of good health.
What to photograph and gather
Photograph the cargo area, the rear seats, all four wheels and the lower body, which an SUV used on gravel or trails shows first. Gather service records, the title or your lender's payoff details, and every key. Check the VIN for open recalls on the NHTSA website before listing.
Start with your RAV4's VIN
AutoHouseIQ currently operates in the United States, and sellers and dealers can register from anywhere in the US. Live trading opens as enough dealers approved by our team are ready, so registering does not mean auctions are live in your area yet. Additional countries may open later.
Toyota RAV4 questions
- My RAV4 is a Prime. Is that recorded differently?
- It is recorded as the plug-in hybrid it is. Include the charging equipment and the electric range it currently shows, so dealers can see its actual state.
- Should I record roof racks or other accessories on my RAV4?
- Yes. Record what is fitted and whether it comes with the vehicle. Anything left out of the description cannot be part of a dealer's bid.
Selling on AutoHouseIQ
- Is AutoHouseIQ a dealer?
- No. AutoHouseIQ is a neutral platform that connects private sellers with dealers approved by our team. It is never the buyer or the seller of a vehicle.
- What happens if nobody bids or the reserve isn't reached?
- There is no sale. You set the reserve, so you are never obliged to sell below it. If the reserve isn't reached, you can relist, adjust or talk through your options with our team.
- How does AutoHouseIQ make money?
- AutoHouseIQ charges a platform fee to the participating dealer on a successful transaction, as set out in its commercial terms. Sellers are always free β AutoHouseIQ never takes the sale proceeds.
- Is my information shared?
- Your contact details are not shared while dealers bid. They are only released to a dealer once you accept a winning offer and the transaction opens. AutoHouseIQ never sells your data.
