Sell your Jeep Wrangler
To sell a Jeep Wrangler on AutoHouseIQ, list it with its VIN and record two or four doors, the top it comes with, the trim, the engine and every modification. Add photos, including the underside, set a reserve, and dealers approved by our team bid. You decide.
Updated
Which Wrangler you have
The Wrangler is sold with two doors or four (the four-door was long called the Unlimited), with soft, hard or power tops, in trims including Sport, Sahara and Rubicon, and with engines that have included V6, turbocharged four-cylinder, diesel, the 4xe plug-in hybrid and the 392 V8. Confirm each, and which tops and doors come with the vehicle.
Modifications and off-road use
Few Wranglers stay stock. Record lifts, larger tires, bumpers, winches, lighting, rock rails and any changes to axles or gearing, and say whether the original parts come with it. Photograph the underside, the skid plates and the suspension where you can safely see them.
Tops, doors and records
List every top and door set that comes with the sale, and photograph them, including the soft top's windows and the hard top's seals, and note any leaks you know of. Gather service records, the title or your lender's details, and every key. Check the VIN for open recalls on the NHTSA website before you list.

AutoHouseIQ currently operates in the United States, and sellers and dealers can register from anywhere in the US. Live trading opens as enough dealers approved by our team are ready, so registering does not mean auctions are live in your area yet. Additional countries may open later.
Jeep Wrangler questions
- Do the extra tops and doors need to be listed?
- Yes. Record exactly which tops and doors are included and photograph them. A dealer can only bid on what the listing says comes with the vehicle.
- Is a Wrangler 4xe sold the same way?
- Yes, through the same journey. Record it as the plug-in hybrid it is, with its charging cable and the electric range it currently shows.
Selling on AutoHouseIQ
- Is AutoHouseIQ a dealer?
- No. AutoHouseIQ is a neutral platform that connects private sellers with dealers approved by our team. It is never the buyer or the seller of a vehicle.
- What happens if nobody bids or the reserve isn't reached?
- There is no sale. You set the reserve, so you are never obliged to sell below it. If the reserve isn't reached, you can relist, adjust or talk through your options with our team.
- How does AutoHouseIQ make money?
- AutoHouseIQ charges a platform fee to the participating dealer on a successful transaction, as set out in its commercial terms. Sellers are always free β AutoHouseIQ never takes the sale proceeds.
- Is my information shared?
- Your contact details are not shared while dealers bid. They are only released to a dealer once you accept a winning offer and the transaction opens. AutoHouseIQ never sells your data.
